Story
I saw a need for personalized, results-driven change management consulting services, and set out to create a company that would meet that need. I embarked on that journey during my 23 years of military service and moving 10 times, each time working with new leadership, through a different mission and vision and all the changes that came with each of the moves. I later completed my MBA and also a M.Ed. in Organizational Learning, Performance and Change which led me to getting a taste of corporate change management. I have always been fascinated by the complexities of business and the art of problem-solving. I also understand the importance of continuous learning and adaptation and work to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, ensuring that I can provide my clients with the most cutting-edge solutions to get through their changes successfully.
